I love anything creative. I write music, and I also produce my own work for all types of electronic media. The kinds of music I love are fairly diverse, but pretty much all of it has roots in old school rock/progressive rock/heavy metal. I'm also very spiritual, but not at all into religion. My 15-year-old son is the center of my life, and being there for him as a father is more important than anything else in my life. Music is a very strong second, as my guitar was my first love. Did I mention that I'm a musician? I'm everything that comes with being a musician…except the flakiness part. I am very prompt, and want the same thing from my partner.

I love comedy, and have a great sense of humor. (Voted class clown Freshman year) I like dark humor, so if movies like “Bad Santa”, or “Grosse Pointe Blank” work for you…cool. George Carlin and Lewis Black are my favorite stand-up comedians. I’m also a huge Monty Python fan. English humor rocks! I have a very direct sense of humor as well. I love almost every kind of music, with exception of anything rap/hip-hop/punk/old-school country.

There are a couple things that I find are becoming very important to me lately when it comes to the dynamics of a relationship. First, and most importantly...I would like to be able to have conversations that aren't just about you/me/us. I want to discuss things that are part of the larger picture. The meaning of life kinda stuff. Also, I want there to be an understanding that just because we might disagree about something, doesn't mean we have to be disagreeable.

I’m not in perfect shape, but I do work out 3-4 times a week So, I want the same from a potential partner. Anyone that says physical attraction doesn’t matter isn't being honest with themselves.
