| Je me décrirais comme | Grew up loving the original series. Later avidly followed the Next Generations adventures. Visited the sets at Paramount Studios on several occasions.I am a professional prop and model maker , building items for various productions here in the Uk.. Doctor Who amongst them. Have a large collection of models and props I've built over the years. I also make costumes, mostly creatures and monsters from my favourite films and shows.Also a big fan of the work of Thunderbirds creator Gerry Anderson. Have in recently been involved in the production of several new Thunderbirds episodes using traditional techniques with models and puppets. I built the Cybermen costumes for Doctor Who in 1988, and have supplied daleks to the programme in the last few years. My garden resembles a TOS planet landscape, using the same construction materials and idea that they used in the '60s. So from my living room I can look out onto an alien planet. |
